Working with the Everyday Health Group’s HCP academy to educate Healthcare Professionals on the cause and effect of microplastic release, along with preventative steps to limit or avoid microplastic exposure.

Bringing together academics, scientific research findings and our in-house experts at Nuby, we worked in collaboration with the Health Professional Academy to help educate Healthcare Professionals via a peer reviewed CPD (Continuing Professional Development) course and online webinar

We created the course around these key learning areas;

  • Be aware of the research about microplastic release from baby bottles
  • Understand that ingested microplastics have the potential to harm health
  • Be able to confidently discuss ways that parents can reduce their baby's exposure to microplastics during feeding
