When you’re running on three hours sleep and nursing a cold cup of tea, the last thing you need is a thirty minute sterilising cycle before you can prepare your baby’s next feed. That's where RapidBottle steps in... making everyday bottle feeding simpler.

The glass feeding bottle set, has two 9oz RapidBottles that work with RapidSterilise+, you can safely sterilise your RapidBottle, in just two minutes* absolutely anywhere with UV light… no steam needed, because plastic baby bottles and boiling water – not the best match!

Each bottle in the baby glass bottles set is made from durable borosilicate glass and is BPA free, offering a safe alternative to plastic. The soft-touch silicone coating provides a comfortable grip, while the design ensures milk flow never touches plastic for added peace of mind.

How it works

  1. Place your teat (without the screw ring), upside down into the electroplated bottle cap and then pop this on top of your RapidSterilise+.
  2. Next put the RapidSterilise+ on top of the glass bottle and press the button to sterilise for one minute.
  3. Once complete, replace the screw ring on the teat and place on top of the RapidSterilise+, cover with the electroplated cap and run a second 1-minute sterilising cycle.

The RapidBottle teats are gradually sloped to support a natural deep latch, helping make feeding feel more natural for your baby and helping them transition between breast and bottle. These anti-colic glass baby bottles also have three advanced anti-colic valves to draw air away from baby’s milk, which can help reduce colic symptoms after feeds.

Available in three stylish colour options, the 2-pack glass baby bottles set gives you flexibility for home and travel, while the larger size supports your baby’s changing feeding needs as they grow.

RapidBottle works with RapidSterilise+ only.

*3 minutes is based on 1 minute to sterilise RapidCool, 2 minutes to sterilise RapidBottle and from 2 minutes to cool a feed while sterilising RapidBottle.

** 3-6, depending on feed size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The bottles in the glass feeding bottle set should be cleaned by hand using warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush. Clean each bottle separately to help protect the silicone coating and reduce the risk of surface scratching.

Before first use, the bottles and teats can be placed in boiling water for up to 5 minutes. Do not boil the caps, as this may damage the electroplated finish. After first use, sterilise using UV, steam or cold-water methods only. Make sure all parts are fully dry before reassembling.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, bleach, dishwashers, or microwaves, as these may damage the coating, cap, or bottle surface.

WARNING: Always inspect the teats and bottles in the glass baby bottles set before feeding. Stop using immediately if you notice cracks, chips, leaks, or signs of weakness. Never leave your baby unattended during feeding.

Steam sterilisation is suitable for the bottles and teats, but not the caps.

Are the RapidBottles in this set BPA-free and safe for baby?

Yes. RapidBottle is made from durable borosilicate glass and is free from BPA and phthalates. All materials meet UK and EU safety standards for infant feeding products.

Can the 2 pack RapidBottles break or get scratched?

Borosilicate glass is more durable than standard glass, but any glass bottle may break if dropped or impacted. The silicone coating and cap should be cleaned gently, as surfaces may scratch however, minor marks won’t affect how the glass baby bottles perform. We recommend you avoid over-tightening the screw ring, as this can cause leaks and always check whether any leaking is coming from the glass bottle itself or the teat area. If the glass bottle leaks, stop using it immediately, as this may indicate a crack.

Are the RapidBottles dishwasher or microwave safe?

RapidBottles should be hand washed only using warm soapy water. Dishwashers and microwaves can damage the silicone coating, electroplated cap, and bottle finish.

Which teats fit the glass feeding bottle set and what are they made from?

Only Nuby RapidBottle teats are compatible with the glass feeding bottle set. Using other teats may affect the fit and increase the risk of detachment during feeding. All teats are made from food-grade silicone.

Is the RapidBottle glass baby bottles set recyclable or more eco-friendly than plastic?

The bottles and caps are not recyclable due to the silicone coating and electroplated cap. However, glass bottles last longer than plastic, helping reduce frequent replacements caused by staining or odours. The packaging is recyclable – please check the pack for details.

Are the bottles heavy?

Borosilicate glass bottles are heavier than plastic, but the RapidBottle is lighter than many other glass bottles on the market and feels comfortable to hold. Each 9oz bottle in the 2 pack glass baby bottles set weighs approximately 219g.

How does RapidSterilise+ work with RapidBottle?

RapidSterilise+ uses UV light to sterilise the inside of the bottle and the teat at the same time. RapidBottle has an electroplated cap and works by reflecting the UV light around the inside of the cap to ensure all areas have been sterilised by the UV light. This provides quick and thorough sterilisation for your RapidBottle.

Can I use my RapidSterilise with RapidBottle?

Due to the enhanced UV light power required to sterilise RapidBottle, only RapidSterilise+ is compatible with and substantial enough to kill 99.9% of all bacteria on RapidBottle. For this reason you should not use RapidSterilise with RapidBottle.

How can I sterilise RapidBottle without RapidSterilise+?

All the components of RapidBottle can be sterilised with UV or cold water sterilisation. You can steam sterilise the bottle, screw ring and teat but must not steam sterilise the cap, this will damage the electroplating inside.
