How to Clean:

To disassemble unscrew the lid and remove the straw, before separating the straw into 2 pieces below the valve. Before the first use we recommend you give everything a good soak in boiling water for 5 minutes to get everything squeaky clean. Then after every use, you should disassemble your cup fully and wash in warm soapy water, rinse well, or pop it on the top rack of the dishwasher for easy-peasy cleaning.
