We’ve teamed up with baby weaning expert Shikha Gill, founder of My Little Food Critic, to bring you this baby weaning recipe, perfect for a summer pizza night.
Servings: 2 pizzas

Cook time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas (wholemeal or white)
- 3-4 tbsp tomato passata or pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella / cheddar cheese
- Toppings of choice (e.g. chopped peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, olives, baby spinach, cooked chicken, etc.)
- Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F)
2. Place your tortilla on a sheet of baking paper. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the base
3. Sprinkle cheese all over and add your toppings
4. Season with a pinch of oregano or herbs if using. Drizzle a little olive oil on the crust edges for extra crisp
5. Transfer to the hot try and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly
6. Slice and serve! Perfect with some veggie sticks or a side salad
